Mikhail Koklyaev came to the glasgow palace of Arts to put on a show for that the UK strength community. There where some 70 people in attendance to witness the man lift and listen to him talk about his training and life.
It was an awesome experience he is a very humble and likeable man and with out question one of the strongest men currently on the planet.
