90kg x 2 (stopped shoulder was playing up)

Really poor session had planned – 160×9, 175 3×3 and 190×1 but obviously not to be I don’t know if it’s because of sunburn, lack of sleep, weight loss finally catching up with me or I was just due a bad session after having so many good pressing workouts on the bounce. Either way I’ll be fine with a bit of rest.

Couldn’t really do much of a session afterwards because I was pretty much spaced out for 90 mins after the 230 set. Better now I’ve had food.
