Weigh in 12,20 – 104.15 kg

200kg x 1 (was fast enough but I felt myself kink on the way up)

220kg x 1 (not easy by any means)

230kg x 1 3 Whites – Horribly slow
235kg x 1 3 Whites – Again horridly slow
Passed Third.

182.5kg x 1 2 whites one red – arse lifting for red light easy press.
187.5kg x 1 3 whites still reasonable.
190kg x 1 3 whites – happy with this (+10kg Comp PB)

275kg x 1 2 whites 1 red – was originally going to be 280 but I wanted to make sure of 700.
285kg x miss – failed at the knees really need to work on this.
Overall good event and nice to see old faces and meet new ones.
